All WAC Smart Fans include a Bluetooth-enabled remote control with a magnetic wall cradle. An optional hardwired wall control (Part # WC20-WT) can be purchased separately. Remote controls can be paired with an unlimited number of WAC Smart Fans within range, and can operate from up to 100ft away. Remote control functions include turning the fan on/off, adjusting the 6-speed fan speed with audible beep confirmation, controlling the light on/off and dimming up/down, as well as toggling between winter and summer modes.
WAC Smart Fans can also be controlled by most iOS or Android devices. The free app, available through the App Store or Google Play, provides all the basic remote control features plus advanced functions such as 7/365 day scheduling, adaptive learning, fan grouping, and integration with smart home systems like Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Samsung SmartThings, Ecobee, Control4, and Josh AI (with Savant, Lutron Homeworks, and Nest support coming soon).
Featuring an energy-efficient and completely silent DC motor, WAC Smart Fans are up to 70% more efficient than traditional fans. Each fan is factory-balanced and sound-tested to eliminate wobbling, rattling, or clicking. The included LED light kit delivers up to 1600 lumens of 3000K, 90 CRI illumination that can be smoothly dimmed. Rated for wet locations, these Energy Star certified fans can be installed on slope ceilings up to 32 degrees (with a 30-45 degree slope kit available separately).
A 6-inch downrod is included, with additional lengths sold separately. The fans come with a Bluetooth-enabled remote control with a wall cradle, and a hardwired wall control can be purchased as an optional accessory.
Popular fan models include the Mocha, Blitzen Mod, Stella Swirl, and more, each with their own unique style and finishes to suit a variety of decors. Accessories like extension downrods, slope ceiling adapters, and additional remote controls are also available.
